Drawbridge is pleased to report another smooth production release this weekend for the Drawbridge Connect cybersecurity program management platform. We completed QA testing on Thursday, March 3 after entering code freeze on February 28. This release focused on quality-of-life enhancements for both Drawbridge and client users, and several functional enhancements.

PC Reporter

For clients of PC Reporter, we’ve revised the install package nomenclature to facilitate MSP installation of the PCR data collection agent on covered client devices. This will speed time-to-market, enabling more rapid detection of vulnerabilities so clients and their MSPs can get to work on remediations more quickly. This is also part of Drawbridge’s continuous investment in ease-of-use for our MSP partners, valued members of our ecosystem.

Due Diligence

The Due Diligence module within the Drawbridge Connect platform—used to identify and assess risks and vulnerabilities presented by vendors as well as portfolio companies and potential investments—also received a minor enhancement that facilitates working directly within the Connect platform, as well as another upgrade to data and organizational display.

In consideration of our rising investment in our product suite, we updated capabilities to serve important announcements within Drawbridge Connect. This upgrade will ensure that users are kept informed of relevant updates and announcements that can affect their deployment of important cybersecurity initiatives.

Multi-Factor Authentication

We also streamlined and hardened the multi-factor authentication workflow for the Drawbridge Connect platform itself. These changes standardize logic and clarify occasional error messages.

Core and Client Enhancements

Finally, we addressed multiple client-specific requests in the latest sprint. These enhancements optimize both the core software platform and every client’s instance for effective cybersecurity management.

What’s Next?

Sprint 17 commenced today, March 7, and is on track for code freeze on Friday, March 18. Production release is scheduled for Sunday, March 27. Look out for our next product blog in late March for more insight into Drawbridge’s ongoing investment in our clients’ and partners’ cybersecurity capabilities.
