Jeff Hoffman is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Drawbridge, where he partners with leadership teams and private equity sponsors to drive financial strategy, operational excellence, and scalable growth.
Over the course of his career, Jeff has helped sponsor-backed and venture-backed technology businesses achieve transformative outcomes. He has led strategic acquisitions to accelerate market expansion, strengthened operations to support rapid scaling, and guided companies through a range of liquidity events – including private equity sponsor exits and an initial public offering.
His experience includes CFO roles at ClickDimensions and eVestment, where he led growth initiatives and executed strategic acquisitions that positioned the businesses for sponsor-backed exits, as well as finance leadership at Cardlytics during its IPO – giving him a breadth of experience across private equity, strategic sale and public market outcomes.
