Serena Chen is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Drawbridge, leading the company’s finance and accounting functions. Serena brings nearly two decades of finance leadership across private-equity-backed portfolio software companies, financial services, and public accounting, with deep expertise in strategic FP&A, M&A, business operations, systems automation, and audit and regulatory reporting.
She has a proven track record of building high-performing teams across high-growth, SaaS portfolio companies. Prior to Drawbridge, Serena held finance leadership positions at Intel 471, a Thoma Bravo portfolio company, and Poppulo, a Vista Equity Partners portfolio company.
Serena is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and holds a degree in Finance and Accounting from Lehigh University. She lives outside of Denver with her husband and two children.
