Chris Grillo is Chief Operating Officer at Drawbridge, bringing more than 15 years of experience in technology, financial services and client delivery. In his role as COO, Chris oversees Drawbridge’s Global Advisory team and has responsibility for the cross-functional operations of the business, helping to ensure the company continues to scale effectively while delivering a consistently high standard of service to clients.
Throughout his career, Chris has held senior leadership roles spanning GTM strategy, sales, project and service delivery, and product management. Before joining Drawbridge, he held positions at Odessa Technologies, Broadridge and Fidessa, where he led and supported strategic initiatives focused on business growth, operational execution and the delivery of technology led solutions.
Chris brings a broad operational perspective to Drawbridge, combining experience across commercial strategy, technology and client service. As COO, he works across the organisation to strengthen operational processes, support collaboration between teams and ensure Drawbridge’s capabilities continue to evolve alongside the needs of its clients and the alternative investment industry.
Chris graduated from Bowdoin College with a degree in Government and Economics.
