Eric Bernstein comes with 25 years of experience in the alternative asset and asset management software and services business. Eric was named Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Drawbridge in June 2025 with the sponsorship of Francisco Partners.
Eric is also a Non-Executive Director of The Aztec Group, a market leader in alternative asset fund administration. Eric was the CEO of Odessa and held prior positions as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of EquityZen, President of Broadridge Asset Management Solutions and led the go-to-market strategy at eFront as Chief Customer Success Officer and COO of the Americas.
Eric started his career as a market maker in Capital Markets trading at PaineWebber. Eric holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from State University of New York. In his spare time, Eric enjoys playing golf and is a big fan of the NY Rangers.
