Julie Spurlin is the SVP of HR at Drawbridge and is responsible for the full talent lifecycle for the organization. Julie joins Drawbridge following a successful run as CHRO for HCSS where she built the People and Places function, scaled platforms and practices to meet business growth, and delivered a highly respected employee value proposition.
Previously, Julie served as the Global SVP, HR with Software AG, VP of HR for private equity backed Tomia, and was the HR lead for the RSA integration into Dell.
Julie is a skilled and tested leader of People and Culture functions and brings her passion for talent to her role with Drawbridge. She is a proud alum of Virginia Tech and continues to work in collaboration with the university for mentoring and speaking engagements. Julie and her husband live in North Carolina where she enjoys her rescue animals, practicing yoga and visiting her grown(ish) kids.
