Jason Elmer brings more than 20 years of cybersecurity and IT infrastructure experience to his role at Drawbridge. As Founder and CEO, he is responsible for driving the firm’s day-to-day operations, expanding its geographic and technology footprint and leading the company for global growth and scale. His management background includes multiple executive leadership roles and extensive experience delivering business-critical FinTech software and solutions that meet the specialized needs of hedge funds and private equity managers.
Previously, Jason served as a Managing Director at Duff & Phelps (now Kroll, LLC), where he founded and led the Cybersecurity Services team, working with alternative investment managers across the globe to help them ensure compliance with appropriate regulatory bodies while meeting investor demands. Prior to that, he was a Partner at Abacus Group with a focus on providing cybersecurity, hosted infrastructure and disaster recovery services for alternative investment firms. Throughout his career, Jason has been at the forefront of business, technology and customer service innovation across multiple facets of the global financial services industry.
Jason holds a BS in finance from the Fordham University College of Business Administration, and is an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).
Darrell Tucker is the Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Talent Acquisition at Drawbridge. A passionate advocate for diversity hiring and development throughout his 20+ year career, Darrell ensures the company promotes an inclusive culture and attracts team members from the broadest possible talent pool.
Over the course of his career, Darrell has spent a considerable amount of time building operational efficiencies around project management, client services, and technology for financial services clients. He has also invested in recruiting, retaining, and developing junior talent from all backgrounds.
Before joining Drawbridge, Darrell was Managing Director of Business Development at Siepe, and previously held the same role at Abacus Group. Earlier in his career, Darrell was Head of US Project Management for Options-IT and Technical Director for BNP Paribas’s Prime Brokerage Division in the Eastern Region.
Darrell holds a BA in Computer Science from the University of Albany and is based in New York.
A sought-after cybersecurity industry influencer, Edna Conway brings decades of experience and leadership delivering trust, transparency, compliance, risk management, sustainability and supply chain transformation to organizations.
She currently serves as Security & Risk Officer for Microsoft Azure Hardware Systems & Infrastructure, where she is responsible for the security, resiliency and governance of the cloud infrastructure upon which Microsoft’s Intelligent Cloud business operates. Prior to Microsoft, Conway served as Cisco’s Chief Security Officer, Global Value Chain, driving a comprehensive security architecture across Cisco’s third-party ecosystem. Earlier in her career, Conway was a partner in an international private legal practice and served as Assistant Attorney General for the State of New Hampshire.
Conway has received domestic and international recognition from such prestigious organizations as U.S. Presidential Commissions and NATO, acknowledging her for her role as the developer of architectures that deliver value chain security, sustainability and resiliency. She was also appointed to the Executive Committee of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Task Force on ICT Supply Chain Risk Management.
Kevin joined Long Ridge in 2010 and serves as a Managing Partner and a member of the Firm’s Investment Committee.
Kevin leads the overall strategy and direction of the Firm, in addition to managing deal teams focused on the sourcing, evaluation, and management of Long Ridge’s portfolio companies. Over his investing career, Kevin has served on the boards of numerous public and private financial services and business services companies, partnering with visionary managers to build leading companies across a range of sectors.
Prior to joining Long Ridge, Kevin was a Vice President with AEA Investors, a private equity firm with over $10 billion of committed capital. Before joining AEA, Kevin was a member of the financial services and business services teams at TH Lee Putnam Ventures, a $1.1 billion growth capital firm. Kevin started his career in McKinsey & Company’s New York office, serving as a consultant to financial institutions.
Kevin received a A.B. in Economics with Honors from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
