Jason Elmer

Founder, Chief Executive Officer

Jason Elmer brings more than 20 years of cybersecurity and IT infrastructure experience to his role at Drawbridge. As Founder and CEO, he is responsible for driving the firm’s day-to-day operations, expanding its geographic and technology footprint and leading the company for global growth and scale. His management background includes multiple executive leadership roles and extensive experience delivering business-critical FinTech software and solutions that meet the specialized needs of hedge funds and private equity managers.

Previously, Jason served as a Managing Director at Duff & Phelps (now Kroll, LLC), where he founded and led the Cybersecurity Services team, working with alternative investment managers across the globe to help them ensure compliance with appropriate regulatory bodies while meeting investor demands. Prior to that, he was a Partner at Abacus Group with a focus on providing cybersecurity, hosted infrastructure and disaster recovery services for alternative investment firms. Throughout his career, Jason has been at the forefront of business, technology and customer service innovation across multiple facets of the global financial services industry.

Jason holds a BS in finance from the Fordham University College of Business Administration, and is an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).

Scott DePetris

President, Chief Operating Officer
Scott DePetris is the President of Drawbridge. He is responsible for developing Drawbridge’s global strategy and scaling our business operations to meet new client and market requirements. Scott is a recognized FinTech industry visionary with over 20 years of extensive leadership, go-to-market and operational expertise. He currently serves as Executive Advisor and member of the Board of Directors of Broadway Technology, board member at Salt Financial LLC, and chairman of the Greenwich, CT chapter of the prestigious Young Presidents Organization (YPO). DePetris was a founding member, President and COO and board member of Portware, LLC, a leading developer of broker-neutral automated trading software for global equities, futures, options and FX. He spearheaded the sale of Portware to FactSet Research Systems, Inc. He recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at Broadway Technology and earlier in his career he was the co-founder and senior vice president of ExchangeLab, Inc., an intellectual property development company for financial service technologies which incubated and commercialized several successful FinTech startups.

Viktor Tadijanovic

Chief Technology Officer
Viktor Tadijanovic is the Chief Technology Officer of Drawbridge, overseeing its technology initiatives and providing comprehensive cybersecurity subject matter expertise to Drawbridge’s global clients. Prior to joining Drawbridge, Viktor was the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at Abacus Group, a provider of IT services for alternative investment firms. During his tenure at Abacus Group, he served as the firm’s technology leader and principal architect of the award-winning Abacus Flex technology platform. Earlier in his career, Viktor was a Senior Systems Architect at the Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG), as well as a Technical Director at Eze Castle Integration, a managed service provider that delivers public cloud, private cloud and cybersecurity services to the global financial services sector, where he was responsible for managing technology delivery to hedge fund clients.

Simon Eyre

Chief Information Security Officer and Managing Director
Simon Eyre is Managing Director and Chief Information Security Officer at Drawbridge. He is a leader and frequent public speaker on all aspects of Cybersecurity with a particular focus on the Alternative Investment Markets. Simon brings more than 20 years of deep expertise in Cybersecurity, Regulatory Governance, Technology Architecture, and Corporate Strategy to Drawbridge. Simon is responsible for the Cybersecurity program of Drawbridge, including the Governance, Compliance, and Certifications of the Business. His direction helps define the framework of Client cybersecurity products. He most recently served as Director of Information Security at Edge Technology Group UK and was responsible for cybersecurity for both Edge and its clients. Previously he held multiple senior management roles internationally at Eze Castle Integration, ultimately serving as Director of Service. Simon is a graduate of Rutgers and NJIT Universities with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He holds a CISSP certification.

Bill Waters

Global Head of Software Development
Bill Waters is the Global Head of Software Development at Drawbridge. His focus is on building a world-class development team, implementing best practices in software development, and accelerating delivery of category-defining software. Prior to joining Drawbridge, Bill served as Director of Development at Broadway Technologies. At Broadway, Bill led and grew the software development team responsible for building the core multi-asset trading technology platform, as well as server and GUI components including OMS, eCommerce, pricing, netting, trading, and market connectivity. Bill shaped the development org’s culture, and cultivated a shift in sprint focus areas from bug fixes to core product enhancements while growing the team by 60%. Prior to joining Broadway, Bill held multiple senior technology roles throughout his career, including Director of Software at Sandvine and Co-founder and VP, Engineering at Simplicita Software, where he led the company through two sales, a spinoff from Sandvine and a rebrand to Xerocole prior to its acquisition by Akamai. Throughout his career, Bill has also served as a part-time software architect for his family’s business, Bilinski’s Sausages, where he has overseen the development of underlying technology that includes a multi-system hardware/software stack which has been integral to consistent double-digit sales growth and market expansion. He has also coached his sons’ LEGO robotics teams, and now mentors their FIRST Robotics Competition team.

Jacob Cane

Chief Information Security Officer and Managing Director
Jacob Cane is Global Head of Customer Success and Strategy at Drawbridge. Tapping into over 20 years of industry experience, Jacob focuses on managing global client engagement, enhancing customer experience, and driving measurable success for Drawbridge’s global client base. Jacob also informs product development and extending the firm’s reach through new service avenues and partnerships. Prior to joining Drawbridge, Jacob was Founder and Managing Director of Proactive Technologies, which served alternative investment clients. Renowned for their world-class customer service, Proactive was acquired by Abacus Group in 2019. Jacob holds a BA from Columbia University and is based in New York.

Darrell Tucker

Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Talent Acquisition

Darrell Tucker is the Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Talent Acquisition at Drawbridge. A passionate advocate for diversity hiring and development throughout his 20+ year career, Darrell ensures the company promotes an inclusive culture and attracts team members from the broadest possible talent pool.

Over the course of his career, Darrell has spent a considerable amount of time building operational efficiencies around project management, client services, and technology for financial services clients. He has also invested in recruiting, retaining, and developing junior talent from all backgrounds.

Before joining Drawbridge, Darrell was Managing Director of Business Development at Siepe, and previously held the same role at Abacus Group. Earlier in his career, Darrell was Head of US Project Management for Options-IT and Technical Director for BNP Paribas’s Prime Brokerage Division in the Eastern Region.

Darrell holds a BA in Computer Science from the University of Albany and is based in New York.

Adam Menkes

Global Head of Operations
Adam Menkes is a technology and business advisor in the alternative asset management industry. Prior to joining Drawbridge, Adam held consulting roles at Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, and Morgan Stanley. Previously, he led Project Management at Eze Castle Integration.

Mark Rousseau

Head of Software Development
Mark Rousseau is Head of Software Development at Drawbridge. He brings more than 20 years of technical experience working with ground-breaking financial services and worldwide logistics organizations developing electronic trading systems and data processing systems. Prior to Drawbridge, Mark held multiple senior development roles including lead developer, software architect and VP of software development. He holds a master’s degree in Physics from the University of Maine and a BS in physics from the University of Connecticut.

Jenny Koelliker

Director of Product Management
As Director of Product Management, Jenny is responsible for overseeing and delivering Drawbridge’s software product roadmap. Having previously worked at DCT Telecom and Abacus Group. Jenny has deep experience in project management, is a Certified Scrum Master, and is working toward CISSP certification. Jenny is a lifelong learner, team builder, and mentor to junior colleagues.

Rebecca Thomas

Vice President, Client Relationship Management
Rebecca Thomas is Vice President, Client Relationship Management and Founding Member of Drawbridge. Rebecca is responsible for overseeing the US client services group including managing overall client success and delivery, product development, and team growth. Prior to joining Drawbridge Partners, Rebecca worked at Duff & Phelps in the Global Cybersecurity Services practice where she managed a range of clients including hedge funds, private equity managers, private equity portfolio companies to create cybersecurity policies and procedures, conduct risk assessments, provide training, perform third-party due diligence, and prepare clients for regulatory examinations as well as investor meetings. Rebecca received her bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.

Nathan Ford

Senior Vice President, Business Development
Nathan Ford is Senior Vice President, Business Development of Drawbridge. He is responsible for new client acquisition, team expansion, partnerships, and client relationship management. Before joining Drawbridge, Nathan served as an Executive Director and member of the management team at Eze Castle Integration, a managed service provider that delivers public cloud, private cloud and cybersecurity services to the global financial services sector. He held multiple leadership roles during his almost decade-long tenure at Eze, establishing himself as a trusted expert in the industry and a proven leader within the firm. Nathan brings extensive industry, technology and cybersecurity knowledge critical to institutional investors and regulators and has successfully delivered FinTech solutions throughout his career to private equity, hedge funds, venture capital, and family offices. Nathan holds a BS in Marketing from Northern Illinois University.

Anthony Patti

Vice President, Business Development
Anthony Patti is Vice President, Business Development and Founding Member of Drawbridge. Anthony is responsible for business development, product development, marketing, and client relationship development. He works closely with a range of clients including hedge funds, private equity managers, private equity portfolio companies, venture capital firms and multi-family offices. Prior to joining Drawbridge, Anthony was part of the Global Cybersecurity Services practice at Duff & Phelps, and earlier held roles at Abacus Group and JP Morgan Chase. Anthony is a graduate of the State University of New York-Maritime College.

Jozef Haracz

Finance Director
Jozef Haracz is Director of Finance at Drawbridge, driving the company’s financial planning. Jozef brings more than 12 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), working for global corporations in constantly evolving, demanding and highly analytical environments. Jozef joined Drawbridge from LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics, where he managed P&L, forecasting and budgeting processes for Givenchy and Kenzo brands. Prior to that, he served as finance manager at Ralph Lauren, supporting design, merchandising and creative teams, and began his career at Christian Dior supporting North America and Mexico businesses. He holds a BBA from Baruch College.

Edna Conway

Board Member

A sought-after cybersecurity industry influencer, Edna Conway brings decades of experience and leadership delivering trust, transparency, compliance, risk management, sustainability and supply chain transformation to organizations.

She currently serves as Security & Risk Officer for Microsoft Azure Hardware Systems & Infrastructure, where she is responsible for the security, resiliency and governance of the cloud infrastructure upon which Microsoft’s Intelligent Cloud business operates. Prior to Microsoft, Conway served as Cisco’s Chief Security Officer, Global Value Chain, driving a comprehensive security architecture across Cisco’s third-party ecosystem. Earlier in her career, Conway was a partner in an international private legal practice and served as Assistant Attorney General for the State of New Hampshire.

Conway has received domestic and international recognition from such prestigious organizations as U.S. Presidential Commissions and NATO, acknowledging her for her role as the developer of architectures that deliver value chain security, sustainability and resiliency. She was also appointed to the Executive Committee of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Task Force on ICT Supply Chain Risk Management.

Kevin Bhatt

Board Member

Kevin joined Long Ridge in 2010 and serves as a Managing Partner and a member of the Firm’s Investment Committee.

Kevin leads the overall strategy and direction of the Firm, in addition to managing deal teams focused on the sourcing, evaluation, and management of Long Ridge’s portfolio companies. Over his investing career, Kevin has served on the boards of numerous public and private financial services and business services companies, partnering with visionary managers to build leading companies across a range of sectors.

Prior to joining Long Ridge, Kevin was a Vice President with AEA Investors, a private equity firm with over $10 billion of committed capital. Before joining AEA, Kevin was a member of the financial services and business services teams at TH Lee Putnam Ventures, a $1.1 billion growth capital firm. Kevin started his career in McKinsey & Company’s New York office, serving as a consultant to financial institutions.

Kevin received a A.B. in Economics with Honors from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
