Chief Executive Officer
William (Bill) Haney has 25+ years in software/worflow, content and analytics spanning asset management, banks and brokers, and public and private companies. He is non-exec chair of Enhesa (CGE Partners), a regulatory content company in the employee and product compliance market. His most recent experiences as CEO and board director focused on rapid growth companies with private equity backing. Bill was CEO of Credit Benchmark (Index Ventures and Balderton) and BISAM (Aquiline Capital Partners, sold to Factset in 2017). He served as non-exec chair of Alva Group until its sale to Falfurrius Capital in 2021. He started his career in development economics advising emerging country ministers and cabinets on export-led growth strategies, followed by several years as a turnaround advisor with Coopers & Lybrand. Bill remains active in the field of economic development as a director of Big Win Philanthropy which works with African leaders to accelerate economic growth by investing in youth health, education and jobs. He holds a BA in Economics from Northwestern University and an MBA from Wharton at the University of Pennsylvania. He lives in New York City.
Founder, President
Jason Elmer brings more than 20 years of cybersecurity and IT infrastructure experience to his role at Drawbridge. As Founder and President, he is responsible for driving the firm’s day-to-day operations, expanding its geographic and technology footprint and leading the company for global growth and scale. His management background includes multiple executive leadership roles and extensive experience delivering business-critical FinTech software and solutions that meet the specialized needs of hedge funds and private equity managers.
Previously, Jason served as a Managing Director at Duff & Phelps (now Kroll, LLC), where he founded and led the Cybersecurity Services team, working with alternative investment managers across the globe to help them ensure compliance with appropriate regulatory bodies while meeting investor demands. Prior to that, he was a Partner at Abacus Group with a focus on providing cybersecurity, hosted infrastructure and disaster recovery services for alternative investment firms. Throughout his career, Jason has been at the forefront of business, technology and customer service innovation across multiple facets of the global financial services industry.
Jason holds a BS in finance from the Fordham University College of Business Administration, and is an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).
Chief Product and Technology Officer
Nick has over twenty years of product and technology experience having led the development of data, analytics, and workflow solutions, from concept through delivery, for users throughout the global financial services industry. He has run technology, product, content, and user experience teams and has led multiple platform integration initiatives throughout his career. Nick joins Drawbridge after serving as Chief Product and Technology Officer for PE-backed Credit Benchmark, a pioneer in bank-sourced consensus credit ratings. Prior to that, Nick worked for Nasdaq where he served as Global Head of Product and Platform for their Corporate Solutions division. During his tenure he led the development of Nasdaq’s award winning, next generation suite of solutions for the corporate community. Nick’s experience also includes several senior roles at Thomson Reuters, most recently Head of Product for the Investors Division of the company. He began his career in product and technology at I/B/E/S, the leader in financial forecast data.
Chief Human Resource Officer
Renée has over twenty years of HR leadership experience covering all aspects of organizational and people matters focusing on PE-backed growth companies. Prior to Drawbridge, Renée has worked with boards and senior management advising on talent procurement and development across professional services organizations, software and analytics companies, startups, and growth companies. Her last companies include Enhesa, Alva Group, Simply Business, and BISAM. She holds a Masters in Organizational Communication and Development from Suffolk University.
Head of Account Management
Rebecca Thomas is Head of Account Management and Founding Member of Drawbridge. Rebecca is responsible for oversight of the Firm’s account management team, focusing on developing and maintaining strong relationships and partnerships with Drawbridge’s clients through product development, outreach, and general business development.
Prior to joining Drawbridge, Rebecca worked at Duff & Phelps in the Global Cybersecurity Services practice where she managed a range of clients including hedge funds, private equity managers, private equity portfolio companies to create cybersecurity policies and procedures, conduct risk assessments, provide training, perform third-party due diligence, and prepare clients for regulatory examinations as well as investor meetings.
Rebecca received her bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
Head of Client Success
Ryan joined Drawbridge in the fall of 2020 as a Client Success Associate after nearly a decade in the alternative investment management space. Over the last two plus years quickly he established an impressive track record of client and people management. Ryan began his career at K2 Advisors, Franklin Templeton’s liquid alternatives business, where he focused on due diligence of the company’s underlying hedge fund investments. At JP Morgan he continued his focus on due diligence, as well as manager selection, and helped automate diligence processes for JPM’s underlying hedge fund, private equity, and traditional fund investments. Ryan joined Lighthouse Investment Partners as a member of its Operational Due Diligence team, focusing on operational risks related to the fund of funds and multi-manager platforms. Ryan maintains a deep knowledge of fund operations, regulatory compliance, and information technology, which he uses to drive enhanced client service and support. He has a Bachelor’s in Political Science and Communication from Fairfield University.

Scott is a recognized FinTech industry visionary with over 20 years of extensive leadership, go-to-market and operational expertise. He currently serves as Executive Advisor and member of the Board of Directors of Broadway Technology, board member at Salt Financial LLC, and chairman of the Greenwich, CT chapter of the prestigious Young Presidents Organization (YPO). DePetris was a founding member, President and COO and board member of Portware, LLC, a leading developer of broker-neutral automated trading software for global equities, futures, options and FX. He spearheaded the sale of Portware to FactSet Research Systems, Inc. He recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at Broadway Technology and earlier in his career he was the co-founder and senior vice president of ExchangeLab, Inc., an intellectual property development company for financial service technologies which incubated and commercialized several successful FinTech startups.

Kevin Wei is a Principal with Francisco Partners and focuses on investments in the financial technology sector.
Prior to joining Francisco Partners in 2017, Kevin worked at Hellman & Friedman, where he evaluated private equity investments in the software, internet & media, and business & information services industries. Earlier in his career he was an investment banker in the West Region Advisory Group at Goldman Sachs.
Kevin currently serves on the board of directors of Verifone, Edifecs and PayScale. He was previously involved in FP investments in TrellisRx, 2Checkout, Availity, HealthcareSource and Tile.
Kevin received a B.S./B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley and an M.B.A from Harvard Business School.

Nick Nelson is a Vice President with Francisco Partners.
Prior to joining Francisco Partners in 2022, Nick worked at Golden Gate Capital, where he evaluated private equity investments in the software, healthcare, and industrials sectors. Earlier in his career he was a management consultant at Bain & Company in San Francisco. Nick is also involved in FP’s investments in GoodRx, Avalon, and STARLIMS.

Peter Christodoulo is a Partner with Francisco Partners and leads the firm’s investments in the financial technology sector.
Prior to joining Francisco Partners in 2008, Peter was an Associate with Thomas H. Lee Partners in Boston. Earlier in his career Peter was an Analyst in the Technology Investment Banking Group of Credit Suisse Securities in New York and involved in several startup companies.
Peter currently serves on the board of directors of Allston Trading, Dynamo, NMI, Paradigm, PayScale, SourceScrub, TS Imagine, and Verifone, and is also involved in FP’s investments in Betterment, GAINSystems, Prosper Marketplace and Renaissance. He previously served on the boards of 2Checkout, Betterment, eFront, PayLease, Paymetric, Paysafe, Renaissance and SmartFocus and was involved in FP investments in NextCapital, Capsilon, City Index, and Eventbrite.
Peter received an A.B from Harvard College.
Kevin joined Long Ridge in 2010 and serves as a Managing Partner and a member of the Firm’s Investment Committee.
Kevin leads the overall strategy and direction of the Firm, in addition to managing deal teams focused on the sourcing, evaluation, and management of Long Ridge’s portfolio companies. Over his investing career, Kevin has served on the boards of numerous public and private financial services and business services companies, partnering with visionary managers to build leading companies across a range of sectors.
Prior to joining Long Ridge, Kevin was a Vice President with AEA Investors, a private equity firm with over $10 billion of committed capital. Before joining AEA, Kevin was a member of the financial services and business services teams at TH Lee Putnam Ventures, a $1.1 billion growth capital firm. Kevin started his career in McKinsey & Company’s New York office, serving as a consultant to financial institutions.
